I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I brought a insignia TV 2 yrs ago and recently it died on me but thanks to geek squad they did what they could but it was dead. But did help with my questions and help me understand my options and where to go from there.

I have had Geek Squad protection since I bought my computer and laptop. I have put it to great use. All I have to do is call the number and someone is there to help me. When I had a hardware problem I was told to take the computer to the store. The Geek Squad fixed that problem also and because I had the contract there was no charge. Since I am an older senior citizen I do not have the know how to fix the more complicated problems. Just call the Geek Squad is my motto. They are always there and will help you out, and with a smile.

If your buying electronics you better purchase Geek squad warranty.

The geek squad was called out our vacation camping area to diagnose and solve a problem that I was having getting my newly purchased television connected up in my Airstream trailer. I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.
