I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

Purchasing the stuff gives me this good state that I would be taken care of if anything should happen. It makes me not to worry too much. Life is already stressful to be thinking about this kind of thing

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

I had a plan before when I purchased products from Best Buy and the service was great. Again I brought my computer to get a security check and upgrade. The process was great even due to the virus. It took a couple of days but it was all done to my satisfaction. I haven't used the service on the TV I bought hope everything is all good.

Had to get a new tv after the other one died in less than 2 years. The installers called first, arrived on time and were very efficient. They worked well in my home. Spent time explaining all features. Synced the tv with my sound system and fire stick. AND they cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

Never had to actually use the protection plan thankfully but having one on my products gives me some peace of mind in case something happens

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy, I usually add the GSP to my purchase. From past experiences, I've never really had an issue using my GSP on defective products and the value overall is great to have. I highly recommend you add a Best Buy GSP for any of your major purchases or even your simple devices (e.g. small kitchen appliances).

Good price and good TV, excellent service and customer service

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.
