I have had TV's have an issue after mfg. warranties end. So, by purchasing the extended warranty thru Geek Squad on a few occasions have save myself from buying an entire new tv. In fact, one-time parts were unavailable, and they gave me a card to buy a new tv.

To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.

Absolutely worh thw price. The tv i had the protection on went out, and the plan covered it completely. I'm currently trying tonadd the same protection plan to the new replacement tv.

Have always had good service and response from Geek Squad warranties.

But this for all tvs , I am usually the guy that says no to this by default. But I got it because the tv was so cheap. It was tcl, of course screen went out after a year. Called best buy came out next day , evaluated tv . Got to pick a replacement and pick it up same day. Could of had it delivered but I am impatient lol. Just get it.

Have had TV for about two weeks. Love the TV for the price display/resolution is well above price point. Controls and interface with smart TV are well above average. One draw back are the speakers. I don’t know if it’s placement or the quality of speaker but they are not good. Made adjustments and still sounds like it’s in a barrel. If you get this tv buy a sound bar and you will be very happy. I recommend with this add on.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

I never needed to use there services but if i had needed to those guy's are great

The service was excellent and the technician set up the TV and connect everything that was necessary and they also did a follow up call

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.

I always stand by geek squad! I love feeling safe with the coverage on my items!

In 5 years time this tv could go out! Nothing is built to last anymore!

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

I always buy Best Buy extended warranty for my expensive electronics. It always proves to be a good investment when needed. That's because, you can just take it into a Best Buy store and you're speaking directly with a Geek Squad member, not some Customer Service person outside of the United States on the phone.
