The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

The installation was done fast and he was friendly.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

Just before my Best Buy warranty expired I needed service. I am very satisfied in how simple Best Buy made using their extended warranty when I needed it.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.
