I have opted to take additional Geek Squad Protection on most appliances. A few years ago I bought a dishwasher that kept breaking down. Thankfully the Protection plan made it simple to get it fixed. And after the third problem, they replaced the unit without any hassle. The protection plan more than paid for itself.

Glad I bought it, haven’t used it. Hope I don’t need it.

So far have been happy with Geek Squad. They seem to be very helpful for someone like me who is not up on electronics. I depend on them to fix and solve problems when needed.

Glad to know I have added security just in case! Hoping I don't need to use it but glad it is there. I had some appliances short out after a huge thunderstorm and didn't have coverage on any of those items. Better to be safe than sorry!

I always get the extended warranty for all my TVs and appliances from Bestbuy. I don't like the extended service of the manufacturer's. Bestbuy is just less of a headache.

My Sony TV went out I had a 5-year contract it took 27 days to fix it without a TV it pretty well sucked so just remember if you purchase this warranty you will be in the same boat as I was

I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

I love Geek Squad Service! So convenient and so hassle free. Just a phone call and my TV was repaired when needed or replaced when repairs didn't make sense. What not to love? Thank you, guys, for making our life easier.

Bought this with my LG OLED and have had to exchange my TV twice! No hassle exchange both times and now have a beautiful TV. Happy with the service and piece of mind.

Tv has nice colored and everything is easy to understand

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.

My entire household fully recommends Geek Squad services, esp their extended warranty service. It is simply a no brainer. Less headache in times of issues, and they are very very professional,..!

This has saved us so much money. They mounted my 75" TV and there was no way I was doing that for $50. We also had an issue with a MAC at the house and they remoted in and took care of us. Great job and worth the money by far.

I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.
