My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

Made the mistake of buying a TV and did not put the extended warranty insurance on it sure enough after two years later TV went out and and had to buy new one and this time I got the extended warranty on it just incase

Good picture and lots of new things to do on it with internet. The sound is good but it seems to turn up on its on it could be the stations lol but it does have a louder volume then any other TV we have own in quite some time.

My television came out of control and they resolved it quickly

Covers everything you need it to cover Haven’t had to use it yet but it’s nice to know it’s there

Got the plan and used it on a computer that got damaged by water spill by my kid. They allow you to replace it or get money back.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were efficient and very pleasant.

Haven't needed it yet, but I am glad it's there should I ever have a problem.

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

I have gone to the Geek Squad numerous times over the past years. They have always been so helpful and patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about their electronics!

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

The extended warranty though the Geek squad give you a 5 year warranty.

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.
