I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it so far! Better to be safe than sorry.

They were super helpful and insightful . I literally was in the store for maybe ten minutes

Unfortunately, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection plan a time or two and each time it was no hassle got my refund to purchase a new that same transaction. I've always bought a plan on my bigger more expensive products it and it's been well worth it each time I've had to use!

No comments about the service because the guy delivered the tv and we took care of the rest.

Geek Squad is an absolute must for any major purchases. I have never had any issue with them honoring their warranty. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family with any issues with our electronics. I highly recommend adding this to any purchase.

I obtained the 5 year warranty because we were purchasing a brand of tv that we have never owned before. I hope we will not have to use it, but we feel that if we do Bestbuy will make things right.

I purchased for a minimal fee a warranty on the TV. I feel confident that Best Buy will stand behind their warranty.

Geek squad service is a must have for me. They are top notch and are very professional. A must have service for me.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

Bought a Hisense 50 inch tv in 2017 and it had a problem with a line in the picture. Geek Squad came out and stood behind the TV and gave me a full refund to buy a new TV. Very happy with the outcome.

Definitely worth the extra cost for peace of mind. Our other TV died a month after the warranty expired and we didn't get an extended warranty on it, so we learned our lesson.

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.
