Always get a geek squad warranty on my electronics, minus the TV, I don’t believe it’s worth it, but as far as controllers goes, all day.

Haven't had to use this service (thank God), but is worth the price. Be sure to check the item you buy it with does not already have a warranty! Best Buy loves to sucker you into this when you don't even need it on certain items.

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my 40" UHD TV. For some reason, there developed a problem with the TV. I took it to the Geek squad, and they shipped it to Atlanta for repairs. One week later, it was returned, working flawlessly! Best insurance I could have bought!

Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

Great protection .I had a TV go completely out they covered geek squad coming to my house and new TV. Only hastle was took a couple weeks get everything going .

If your going to invest in the top of the line entertainment then you need to get the protection for it. I learned the Hard way! I now have peace of mind knowing that if my purchase breaks it will be fixed and covered.

Bought this as an add-on for an open box TV. Definitely worth the cost. The whole thing cost me just under what a new one would have and i have 2 years warranty instead of the standard 1 year from the manufacturer.
