I hoped never use this extended plan, which was costly, but so glad I did. I will never buy another SONY tv. This TV was over TWO THOUSAND dollars and is horrible! My $400 tv is so much better!

very reliable and professional. got the 5 years geek squad warranty for TV and they were professional in first inspecting the TV for the fault and then arranging for a replacement

Haven't had to use it but know of others that have and they only say wonderful things about the level of service they receive and their product fixed or replaced in a timely fashion.

Having a 5 Year Protection plan on your TV is totally worth it! Going through a manufacture's warranty procedure is not worth the hassle and time... so get Geek Squad and save yourself some headache!

Over all good picture. Does well with gaming. Would recommend.

It's always nice to know that Best Buy's in house protection service is both convenient and reliable in case anything you buy there is defective under their extended warranty. Friendly service and very easy to use.

I always get the extender warranty it keeps me protected and gives me piece of mind. First time I bought it 20yrs ago I needed it had it. Never been without it since. Best buy protection rocks.

This Purchase is the Best Investment yet great service they'll send someone out if we need them to, hook everything up correctly or mount TVs and make sure everything is working smoothly before they leave.

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!

we puchased this for any repairs..we were emailed all the details and hope we dont need to use it but happy to know its there..lil bit on pricey end but if anything were to happen i expect the tv to be fully covered

It is good for time being.There is a little shaky hut only if you see it carefully.
