I haven't had to use this yet and hopefully I won't. I did purchase a Protection Plan on a previous TV years ago and did have to use it. We were very pleased. The tech came to our house, had the parts he needed, fixed our TV and was finished in less than 45 mins.

I haven't used my coverage on anything yet but what I went through with my other brand TV (which lasted less than a year before something went out), DEFINITELY a good purchase and definitely a good price. I could have purchased a new TV for the cost of the repair.

Having the Geek Squad protection service gives me peace of mind that my product will be fixed if service is needed. I had to use the service once, and I was very happy to have it.

The Geek Squad protection plan is a smart way to go when purchasing an item from Best Buy. It's always best to have a protection plan and don't need it than to need it and don't have it.

I always like to get Geek squad protection on my big,expensive items such as TVs , I like geek squad their very professional and will come out and take care of issue's and solve them right away.

Okay price without having too much of purchase was a lemon. Have yet to use the warranty but terms and conditions shows it would be worth it if it decides to crap out

It's a good insurance in case your item stopped working. I haven't used it so far, but, based on my experience with Best Buy they will fix or replace your item.

I bought the 5 year warrant on my samsung tv a few years back. My Tv went on the blink and Best Buy replaced it with a brand new one. The only thing I had to buy was another 5 year warranty. Well worth it.

It is always great to have the protection plans on everything with electronics cause it is well worth it in case anything happens . You never know if that would happen .

Happy I added this protection to my LG OLED TV. It just provides me peace of mind, in case something happens to my tv. Worth it when you have a higher end tv.

Best purchase I ever made! Vizio 50” blew up at 4 years and 8 months, was able to get a brand new Samsung. The warranty paid the same amount as I purchased the Vizio for! Couldn’t be happier!!

Always buy the extra protection. Because you never know. Ive only had to redeem once and it worked out great

While we hope to never have to use this service, the times we have it has made the purchase worth it. Quick fixes and great communication from the Geek Squad.

I bought this protection for my new tv. Fortunately the tv never broke so I didn't have to use it. I think for super expensive purchases you might want to go this route, but otherwise I would pass. Most new items come with one or two year warranties anyways.

I had purchased a Geek Squad protection plan for my desk top computer. Computer failed and I took it in to Geek Squad for observations. They said it was beyond repair and gave me credit to get another computer with NO HASSLE. That is definitely a great deal.

Well, haven't had to use the protection plan but my last TV lasted 14 months, and was not going to risk it again.
