I bought my televisions at the Best Buy warehouse where I always find incredible quality, incredible deals and the prices are so cheap why not ensure it just in case something happens; it’s all well worth it.

We are very satisfied with this plan. However, it has taken a long time to get an appointment at the store or get someone online to help. Not sure if COVID has had a part in this delay.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.
