Purchased the 5 year warranty with a tv that was given to my mother in law. Just another gift to let her know that in case anything happens that the tv will be taken care of. Have not used it hopefully we won't have to use it.

I would totally recommend friends and family to setup geek squad support in an event of a tv braking down. They can assist you in finding out what is the problem with your device.

These are always a good value for the money I believe. I always hope I don't have to use them, but its nice to know that there available. I only had to use one, but it was easy when I did.

Product protection in the age of planned expiration is well worth the cost. Motherboard replaced in dryer recently would have cost the same as dryer replacement.

So far so good on this TV but it has come in handy in the past. Had parts replaced for another TV and a HiSense TV replaced with a similar Samsung model because Hisense parts discontinued

What can I say? Always purchase a Protection Plan when spending money on electronics that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. You'll never know when a defect may unexpectedly happen.

I like the fact that if anything happens someone will come out and if they can't fix the problem, you'll get a new tv. This is helpful to have.

I recommend everyone to buy Geek squad protection - it will come in handy of there is any issue with your tv

Haven't had to use it yet and hopefully never will. Coverage is great for the price and don't have to worry about my purchase for 5 years.

I am very paranoid about oled burn in. After dropping 3k on a TV I want the piece of mind that my purchase is protected. Best buy covers burn in an display issues due to wear and tear. Worth it if your buying an expensive TV.

This tv was easy to set up and I thought it was going to be too big for the living room but it was actually what I needed.

I had GEEK SQUAD service my TV and they were professional, prompt and polite. They also honored my warranty which I am SOOO glad I purchased. Thank you.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

Always get the insurance. Geek squad is legitimate!!!! .

I haven't had to use it yet but am happy to know that I won't have to lug my 65" TV in for repair if needed. Best buy will come to my place! I like the fact that power surges are covered.
