I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

The last tv we got outlived the warranty by just a few months, always go with the longer plan. No regrets

This was my most valuable purchase yet at Best Buy. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I got the 5yr plan on top of it!

Renewed for replacement TV. Based on prior experience I won't be disappointed if this one fails.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

It’s important to have this service in case anything happens to my tv

I hope I don't have to use it, I'm happy with my product and I wouldn't like it to be damaged even if the insurance is good

Had my Sony TV for 23 month and started going out. So glad I had the Geek Squad coverage. TV is being replaced.

Great thing to have for expensive electronics. Don’t have to worry about it in the future good investment.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

Got me the 5 year warranty and it’s all worth it it covers the tv that I purchased for repair or replacement

Great sales associate was a terrific help with great advice and assistance. He was such a big help and did a fabulous job of up-selling the products I was just checking stuff out.
