So far I've only had to use it once, but making an appt to get my TV looked at was easy. The store gave me no problems and offered store credit or a replacement.

I always get the geek squad warranty. Hopefully I don’t have to use it. Howevever I did have to use it on a Maytag washer and had no issues with them repairing it.

This is a great $ saving program for those of us who are tech challenged. Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.

When you buy a product from best buy you should buy the geek squad warranty, It is very useful especially if your product stops working for some unknown reason you can take it back and they will either fix it or replace it.

This was an incredibly inexpensive large screen tv, with a much better picture and sound than my plasma screen which cost 3 times as much! Now I wish I had this in the tv room instead of the bedroom - I'd watch it all the time! Excellent value.

Geek squad is by far the best in the business . I ran into a little problem with my gift certificates all of a sudden I'm missing 20 in certificates but rob sales manager told me not to worry he'll give me the 20 off next store visit
