Came when promised. Professional, courteous and really helpful. Understood problem and my limits and solved problem, actually more than one, quickly and effectively. made sure I understood what was going on. left me with smiles and gratitude.

This was a big reason why I bought the TV I did through Best Buy. This was a gift for my parents, and I knew that if they had any problem with the TV that Geek Squad would take care of them.

I've never bought a TV, that hasn't had problems at some point. I've always gotten the extended warranty through geek squad, and they have been great when I've had to use it in the past. I would recommend to always get this coverage when investing a lot of money.

Always Buy Best Buy Geek Squad Service Warranty. Only had to use 1 time in pass, buy Geek Squad Replaced that Product , No Problems

Okay price without having too much of purchase was a lemon. Have yet to use the warranty but terms and conditions shows it would be worth it if it decides to crap out

Haven't had to use the Protection Plan yet, and hopefully never need to. But it is very reasonably priced for the item being protected.

Geek squad protection is the best. Haven't had to use it since your products are durable and hopefully I won't have to buy I know 8t works as my wife keeps ruining her headphones!!!

My Protection Plan covered the full cost of a replacement TV when a repair wasn't cost effective.

The staff at customer service was very professional while checking out. Staff at the door to welcome customers coming into the store. My device is working very well. The agent was very professional.

It's a good insurance in case your item stopped working. I haven't used it so far, but, based on my experience with Best Buy they will fix or replace your item.
