I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

Definitely recommend getting this for large purchases. I've never needed to use it. But it definitely is a peace of mind. I know people that have used it. I have a family member that Is a best buy manager and they fully recommend it as it does pay for itself most tye time

Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.
