Whenever I need help tech support Geek Squad is there to help very knowledgeable and always help me out can't go wrong I recommend getting out from Geek Squad if you can't figure things out

Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

I think it's good to always purchase extra service and warranty protection for electronics/appliances and I got this one for a steal 2 years plus additional year warranty not bad and happy to have it

The geek squad plan is amazing if they cannot fix your item they will replace it.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Geek Squad protection is FOUL...!!!! I was told that the protection plan would start after the manufacturers warranty ended. Samsung gives a Minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty. So I purchase the 2 year Geek Squad protection for approximately $250.00. in July 31, 2020. Samsungs warranty ended July 31, 2021....therefor, by what I was told by the Best Buy sale person, my Geek Squad protection should start July 31, 2021 and end July 31, 2023. When I called best buy to claim my protection...because the TV has a defect with pixels going dead....lots of pixels, so the best buy rep told me the plan expired ...GET THIS....BECAUSE THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION STARTED THE SAME TIME SAMSUNGS WARRANTY STARTS. WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE TO HAVE A PLAN GOING WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY. AS I WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASING THE TV THAT IT WOULD START AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ENDS. BEST BUY THAT'S NOT RIGHT..... AND THEY KNOW IT'S NOT RIGHT...and gave me the option to PAY $130 more dollars to have a diagnostic test of the TV.

Always a good warranty to have and utilize with any product.

Bought this because as in previous experience, Best Buy does repair or replace TV’s. I had a DLP that had some kind of part failure and Best Buy took care of it. I have also bought TVs with this warranty and have not had issues. Its good for “peace of mind.” I most recently purchased this for an OLED. These TVs have a small risk of panel failure and/or image burn in. Best Buy offers coverage for this. I doubt I’ll have any issues, but just incase. I decided to get 5 years of coverage. TV’s are sensitive tech these days. They are difficult to transport etc... In home service is best.

The 2-year Geek Squad protection gave me peace of mind. They were helpful, fast, and professional when I needed support. I highly recommend this service to anyone buying tech products. Totally worth it!

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

im really glad i buy the extended warranty as you never know what will happen in the future and if your like me you dont have alot of money to throw around at times. so its good to pay a little more now then alot later when you may have to pay a whole lot or be out whatever it is at the time. personally think its worth it as the one year warranties are usually very limited and if u dont find ur item under their exact perimeters then you cannot make a claim.

Although the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan is up front pricey, it delivers as promised. I've replaced 2 TV's due to screen failure and have received full credit towards a replacement. The exchange doesn't occur overnight, but it happens.

Covers everything. When something stops working you give it to the geek squad and they hand you a gift card for the purchase amount. Easy as pie.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

5 year service plan awesome price $249 and glad I haven't had to use it
