Geek Squad Protection has saved us on more than one occasion. Highly recommend!

I'm now retired from Best Buy after working in the Magnolia Department for 13 years, & I'm a "True Believer" in the Geek Squad In-Home Protection for 5 years, on my mom's TV. Her TV is on at least 12 hours a day, & has Roku built in application, & it's 4K ready, so her TV features will be utilized a lot. She's also, bed ridden & her new TCL is her entertainment. If this set should break down (Doesn't cover physical damage), then all I have to do is call 1-8000-GEEK-SQUAD, & they'll come out to service it or replace it !

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

No worries about future problems even with furniture.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

I rarely have to use Geek Squad, but it’s always nice to have them available to protect a purchase!

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.

It's an average protection plan and nothing else. Hopefully I'll never have to use. Bestbuy has lost touch with their loyal customer base in regards that they want to push That 179.99 a year Total Tech Plan every time you purchase an item and that's where you are automatically enrolled in a card blanche protection plan (FOR AS LONG AS YOU PAY 179.99 YEARLY)!!! Making the regular protection plan mediocre at best. A SCAM and a money grab if you ask me. especially when for as far as I can remember I've been an Elite Status member for spending a certain amount of money a year and now anyone can become an Elite Member for 49.99. Doesn't matter how much you spend in their store. SCAM!

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.

Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

The guys were were terrific, worked proficiently and with good care, cleaned up b4 they left

Fast and easy. Bought with my other tv and was replaced fast no issues

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.
