Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

Purchased this with a previous tv and when the tv’s screen was starting to go, best buy was able to replace the tv. It was worth the purchase! They did a home visit to look at the original tv and then set up a replacement with a time and date for the delivery! Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling
