Geek squad has teally good services techd and preform great chrvjs

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

Purchased the BB Geek Squad 5 year warranty as I purchased a new 65” LG G4 OLED.

Whenever I make large electronic purchases, I always consider and usually purchase the optional Geek Squad Protection which is typically for at least 5 years. Most of the time, it has come in very handy with address issues with products like when our Whirlpool Washer we purchased in 2007 had numerous issues (never the same problem) over the years which Best Buy fixed each time. Do yourself a favor and consider getting this when making large purchases.

2 year protection is a must have for all products. I have a 3 year old daughter and she spilled orange juice on my Chromebook. Absolutely something that was my fault and typically i wouldn't expect to be refunded or covered here. No questions asked they took in my device, attempted to fix and when they could not I received a full credit a little over a month after dropping it off.

Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection, ease of mind having coverage if something happens.

I got this tv with the warranty to my 1st tv due to it breaking, geek squad was awesome, very easy with the help, recommend everyone getting geek squad protection.

To have 5 years of worry-free warranty for a very few bucks just makes enormous amount of sense.

Purchased an OLED tv and I would be lying if I didn’t feel nervous about encountering any issues. Such as power surge issues, burn-in, dead pixels etc. I usually lose power at my house during a heavy storm and living in Florida we get those quite often. So that is a big concern for me and of course the possibility of burn-in. I doubt my tv usage would cause burn-in early on but the peace of mind is worth it. I’d highly recommend geek squad protection

Geek squad comes through again. This is the 2nd time that this warranty has replaced a very expensive TV with another very expensive TV. Very much worth the cost of the warranty. Sony warranty would not have covered the burn in issue on my former OLED. Geek squad replaced with no questions asked.

I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

Hope to never have to use this on the TV we purchased for the family room

Best warranty for the insignia tv. Really reccomend.
