excellent warranty had a problem with the tv i had bought they checked it out said it couldnt be fixed gave me credit and i bought a different tv im very happy with

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

Though I didn't use the GS to install my products, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

I wouldn't buy a thing without The Geek Squad protection plan especially a big TV that hangs on the wall.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.

I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed
