Haven't used itt for things like tv yet, but, based on prior experience, they are a First-rate operation.

Although it took alot of holding of the phone & waiting in line at the store, all in all, I'd recommend this protection plan. If it weren't for the 2 year plan we purchased, I'd have to fork out at least $500 for a TV comparable to the one we had that just gave out. Instead, we received a $400 gift card to use towards a new one. I paid $150 out of pocket for the difference. Not bad at all. In fact, this time around I paid for the 5 year protection plan. It could use some streamlining as far as customer service is concerned but still worth the trouble I went through.

Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

Great combination of open box television and a 5 year geek squad protection plan.

I do not know why anyone would not get the Geek Squad Protection. They have always been extremely helpful and willing to solve any problem I have had over the years. They will replace your device with the protection plan, and I had this happen once with a camera lens. I was so glad I got the extended plan!

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

Definitely recommend getting the Geek squad coverage. Definitely worth it. Specially when buying lower end brands since most likely to break.

Picture and audio are both high quality ,and plenty of USB and video input and output. Overall great buy.

Glad to have. Hopefully won’t need it. I like that they come get the tv to repair.

the 5 year plan is worth the piece of mind. i had an issue with my 55 inch television after two years and contacted the geek squad and told them what i was experiencing and the parts were sent directly to me and then an appointment was coordinated with me and repaired in home. i highly recommend the plan.

TVs are great i e had for 2 yrs (knocking on wood as i say this) i have had no problems with them at all. Awesome picture quality and great volume. Easy to set up to internet and even easier to set up chrome cast for family movie night.

It’s good knowing that if anything ever happens Geek squad has you covered.

Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

I love my fire TV!! The best decision i have made.

Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.
