Good to have a little insurance and assurance when buying a pricy electronic item. It just eliminates the hassle of trying to go through the manufacturer for something that your local Best Buy can get done in a fraction of the time!

Have had the service before on an older TV. When that TV had a dead pixel they worked with me and allowed me to just replace it instead of having to wait for the TV to be sent off and wait for the factory to say it was unrepairable. Hoping if anything goes wrong this time I am treated the same.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

After spending more than I care to admit on an OLED TV, having this peace of mind is what really drove me to pull the trigger. It's the most expensive for OLED protection, but covers burn in, unlike the other guys, so it's a good investment imo. Haven't used them yet but I'll report back if that time comes.
