Geek Squad product protection plans are a MUST! It's great having the this plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV.
