I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

The purchase of insurance for my new television was easy. Received an email right away. Happy with what the insurance offer. Originally when I purchased my television and went to curbside pickup, received email saying that I still have time to purchase. Love it.

What's better than to have a 2 year geek squad protection on your products that you purchase. We have not had to use it yet, but it is there in case of a problem.

I feel confident knowing that I will always have a nice tv to watch. I've had replacement with them before. Simple and quick replacement. I even needed a remote and they dropped it off at my home.

I love that the protection plan is 5 years for protection on products that are high priced items. I am happy with the options and the peace of mind that having the long term protection gives you. Very pleased that I purchased the protection plan for these reasons.

I haven't used this service yet. I bought it in case my tv has problems and will be covered.

They only delivered the TV, but they were very respectful and efficient. I am still looking for the Insurance I purchased with the TV.

Have yet to need a replacement or help with setup but I appreciate the option

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

I decided to hold off purchasing larger, more expensive TV and wait for latest technology (4K, Curved TV, OLED) to evolve and prices drop. Based on that criteria Brandon from Best Buy pointed me to Samsung's top of line 1080p as less costly alternative, and am very happy with it. Only reason I didn't give a 5 rating, is the relatively poor speakers & sound (I later purchased a sound bar). Otherwise great picture, no motion refresh issues, along with excellent Best Buy sales and support.

This warranty saved me with my TV purchase. We bought the display model since it was the last one in stock but the pixels started going out. Thankfully it was still within our warranty period. Since there was no longer a TV with like technology Best Buy refunded the entire purchase with a gift card that we were able to put towards a new TV.

I love having the piece of mind that well qualified techs are there to help me if I have an issue.

I can really appreciate the protection plan & the geek squad. It's really a great idea to get the coverage on everything. I had my tv almost a month something happened with red dots throughout the tv & there replacing it at no cost to be brand new. Always get the coverage!!

Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

I just bought a new TV with my geek squad credit because my three year old OLED had a few bad pixels. Worth every penny.

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

This plan will make my tv worry free for five years for the price

Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.
