I had this on an lg tv geek squad guy came to the house said my tv need a new panel or it would be replaced. Im getting a new tv from them this weekend.

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

Totally worth it!!! My tv died less than 3 years after I bought it, they are now replacing that tv. I am so glad I decided to purchase that plan.

Bought this to protect the electronics in my home. Had to use it once, no questions asked. A tech came to my home and did his job. Unfortunately the TV he was working on was trash and couldn't be fixed. The protection plan covered the tv.

As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!

Bought a 55inc OLED…. Of course I’m gonna buy the warranty. It’s why I got my old one replaced with the new one.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! wow i was surprise how fast they came and check my tv within weeks they had the parts set up an appointment an came to repair it i told all my friends about it an got it for a peace of mind when u buy electronics so for now on guys dont forget to ad geek squad

With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.

Geek squad has always been great to help and Diagnose and repair what I needed.

Highly recommend the Geek Squad warranty. Manufacture warranties don't last long and you gotta ship them out. Totally regretted not getting it for my monitor, but got it for most other items. Have used it and they make it easy for a Repair/Replacement

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

We have always added geek squad service warranties to every product that buy. Geek squad has also been very helpful over the years when taking care of any product issues.
