Bought two of these TVs during Black Friday deals. Must say at this price its an amazing TV. The picture quality and the colors are comparable to high end TVs.

Get a warranty! With the way electronics are now a day, its worth getting the warranty.

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

Decision to jump in such a great deal was the best choice, great deals everyday.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

We have never had an issue when we used Geek Squad. They are always receptive and able to help.

Trust me it’s worth getting this covered. When my other Samsung tv needed to be replaced, they came to my house and took care of everything.

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

Geek Squad are great friendly polite and they do and excellent job when they come out

No-brainer. Purchased one on a 65" Samsung TV for the living room and it started having dead pixels and it was repaired and and looks as good as it did new. Hoping won't need this one on this new TV; but it is great having peace of mind.
