BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

Protection is good for tv and customer service is awesome

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

I purchased the extended warranty as I’m single and know nothing about electronics. I consider it an insurance policy on my mental health!

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied
