Any issue that I had geek squad they been there helping to me to fix it I would 100 percent recommend the insurance

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

Tv was hooked up flawlessly! The delivery was smooth and convenient.

Best Buy offers Geek Squad protection and service agreements on all their TV's, computers, appliances, etc. The service agreement packages are all fairly reasonable, and since most manufacturers only guarantee their products for one year, extending the warranty through Geek Squad is a great value. Over the past ten years, I have purchased multiple TV's and computers through Best Buy. I have also purchased service agreements for all those purchases. On several occasions, my TV or computer has needed a repair at apprx the 5 year mark (from date of purchase). Geek Squad diagnosed the issue and determined that the product needed to be replaced. Since I had an extended warranty, Best Buy delivered a brand new product. No hassels, just good service.

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!

You can never go wrong with extra protection. Especially when it comes with zero parts or labor charges. And you can go into any Best Buy to make a claim.

Have not had to use them but I am sure they are great.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

With risk of burn in, it is always a great idea for protection with these pricey OLED TVs

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

The first tv i got was cracked in the box so i returned it and was able to get a new one. Thanks!
