They were easy to talk to about my first purchase and its problem

I was very happy with the expertise the two geek squad members who installed my Sony tv and removal of my old set

Purchased my tv with a 5 year warranty. Four years later my tv is having issues with what seems to be the wifi card which was replaced. But 2 weeks later the tv is having issues again and they are unwilling to come and take a look at the tv, blaming my wifi at home. I have other electronics at home that work fine without any issues only the tv is having problems. I have video proof of what the tv is doing but yet they blame my wifi. The tv is turning off the wifi on its own, there is no setting to turn this off. I will not be buying again from best buy, let alone use the geek squad service again.

Monster is the only cables I use for all of my electronics. Monsters ability to have a super clear picture.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet, however, it gives me a peace of mind to know I have hands on assistance troubleshooting and/or options for repair if needed. My sister has had a good experience with the Geek Squad which helped me make the decision to purchase the protection plan.

I bought this service plan to protect my new OLED TV. I don't expect to use it but if the TV shoulde break withhin 5 years Best buy will repair or replace it. It is my understanding that because the TV was mounted by Geek Squad, that service under this plan will include mounting.

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

The warranty better never get used but if it does these ninjas better have my back

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come

If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

I haven't had to use it yet but i love having the option to use it if i were to need it.
