Greeek squad gave me great customer service as always.

Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs

Perfect Dorm Room Size Smart Television! Purcahsed for a new college goer and its loved. Geek Squad hasnt had to be used yet but its always great to have extra protection. Purchased because its better go be safe than sorry.

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.

I highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection with any computer purchase, and the two year is better than just the single year, they're great to work with, and you don't have to seek out a computer specialist, and hope they know what they're doing.

It’s always great to have some extra protection for life’s unexpected events, and I like having that peace of mind.

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last
