I like the Geek Squad . Great product that met my needs.

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

Did not have the Geek squad hang my TV. Did it myself.

Very polite and helpful. No problem on picking up the other tv.

Having this warranty with Best Buy gives a great weight off your shoulders. The customer service and help alone is worth it.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

When getting a new TV definitely get their geek squad protection. They come to you if there’s any problems.

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.
