The agents were very polite and courteous. They even put on bags over their shoes to cover the soles from getting our living room carpet all dirty. Our TV screen had been damaged from a direct hit by a flying drone. Agents went through the process step by step with us and made sure all options were assessed. I recommend buying coverage for all your tech. We’ll worth the purchase.

Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

I'm not a big fan of warranties on small electronics. But for a $400 TV . . . I bought the 2-year warranty for a little over $20. I figured that if something is going to go wrong with the set, it should happen within two years. Otherwise, it should be OK. Then it would be time for a new TV, anyway. My only interaction with the Geek Squad was on a carry-into-the-store computer problem. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a self-fix (which worked), and charged me nothing! I was impressed.

The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

I buy protection plans on all of our TVs and computers and have used them on both. Best Buy doesn’t mess around and takes care of things if there is a problem. This is the only company I buy protection plans from because of this. No headaches and hassle free.
