I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Great protection love it I had this protection with a previous TV and they replaced it with no problem. Excellent service.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

Got the 5-year extra warranty for my television I bought from Best Buy. You never know if you will actually need it but its a great peace of mind especially all the great feedback I've seen/heard when their tv takes a crap. They will literally give you back your money or replace it. Thank god I have not needed it yet but electronics do go faulty at times.

Great warranty for all my BestBuy tvs I always get geek squad

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

We purchase the extended warranty for additional protection for our large TV

The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

I was a little reluctant at 1st to spend $450 for a 5 year warranty for my Samsung - 85" Class Q70A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. After reading the customer reviews from the customers that didn’t purchase it really regretted not purchasing the warranty. I feel much more comfortable now that I purchased the warranty for my tv.

I would always recommend geek squad protection its the best they always take care of me good value

The Geek Squad gives you all the reassurance you need with a new product that IF anything goes wrong, you're covered. Samsung has a good warranty but with the Geek Squad behind you the worries are gone.

not a huge fan of insurance but my salesperson made is such an easy decision to purchase

It's kind of hard to Rate, I have not had the opportunity to use the service. Hope I never will.
