It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.

I would always get this warrant I hade it before and it always payed for it self

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

The TV is put in a box without adequate protection. FedEx damaged the box and the TV inside. I called Best Buy and they gladly replaced the item. However, I had to return the broken one which I told them that I couldn’t do alone since I have back problems and live in a high floor in the middle of NYC. So Best Buy made arrangements for a UPS driver to come to my place and pick up the broken TV. A UPS driver came to pick up the TV and neither bought the labels nor scanned it so now I’m stuck with having to pay for garbage. It’s been 3 days and the UPS system now reads that there was an attempted delivery to bring the labels even though the TV was already picked up. Unbelievable!

I haven't had to use it yet but i love having the option to use it if i were to need it.

Love knowing that I have protection for years to come. Thank you Best Buy for making this so easy on me!

28th Street Grand Rapids store is awesome - they know how to care for customers and really help! I was treated poorly at the Alpine store, really poorly

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! God bless you all out there! :)

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

They were friendly and helpful but getting the appointment was more difficult than it needed to be

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Done on the phone as the order was placed verbally.

I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

I bought a Sony TV in 2017 and purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I thought the Sony TV would last a long time, but I decided to buy the warranty just in case. The TV suddenly quit working in May 2020. Best Buy sent a repairman out to check TV. It could not be repaired. They replaced it with a new TV. So glad I had the 5 year warranty. It's also nice to be able to call Geek Squad when I have any questions.
