so far the best tv ever, the best beautiful picture I've seen in a television and the 55 inch is a great size.

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Geek squad installed my television flawlessly and was very professional throughout the entire process.

I always get the extended protection plan, It works great, the Geek squad gives you good service, I has a Logitec remote go bad, I took it in, no questions I got a replacement right away, Bought it on the Washer Dryer Refrigerator. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other companies its cheap . Everything is electronic and smarter than I am, So I get the Coverage and sleep easy, No worries

I buy from Best Buy even if I have to pay a little more because of their protection plan. I feel more at ease with the geeks than alot of the other retailers, plus the product normally outlast the warranty, but I get it just in case for big ticket items.

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.
