If your buying electronics you better purchase Geek squad warranty.

[Employee of bestbuy] I purchase Geek squad protection on just about everything and it has ALWAYS been worth it. It makes everything easier and I always get great service if anything ever happens to my electronics.

When covering electronics items that are difficult to have repaired getting the GeekSquad warranty is a must. For the cost it can save the purchase value of the item covered. It has allowed me to upgrade one of my items with a much more capable replacement.

Gives peace of mind on a major TV investment and has always been super easy to work with.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

Great TV. I've had other large TV's but this one is pretty good. Very light and pretty easy to setup. The color black comes in pretty clear and doesn't blend in with everything else.

I had an agent come to help with some dead pixels on my TV. He was polite and efficient, giving me all of the advice I need before ultimately replacing the product. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

For the price this is a great economy 4K HDR television. I paid $300 plus tax and extended warranty and really wasn’t expecting very much. When I had finally set it up (Actually it practically sets itself up) I was very surprised to see how great the picture was especially when in HDR mode. I ran videos from YouTube and showed family members and they were all enjoying it very much. For $300, or less, I don’t see how you can do better. This transaction was done in October 2019.

I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

I highly recommend geek squad warranty for tvs. They go above and beyond. I have dealt with other services and geek squad is up there with the best with little to no hassle.

I have purchased the protection with tv it gives a piece of mind

Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.

This is the second time I’ve purchased the extra coverage. It’s well worth it! My last TV quit working and it was a very simple process to get it exchanged. I received back my purchase price as a store credit to use on my new (better) TV.

I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. A solution may take from 15mins for an over the phone tutorial or a week if a part has to be ordered. Geek Squad, is the service to have..
