Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. They really know what they are doing and it really makes a huge difference.

If you're looking to get a Geek Squad warranty start off with a one or two-year you can always add on. If you start out with the 5-year like I did on my TV spent $380 on it. My TV broke after nine months and I lost for years worth of warranty because it doesn't transfer over to the TV they replace it with so you have to buy a brand new warranty on the new free TV they give you. On my new TV I just got the 2-year and they said they would email me when it's fixing to run out so I can add another two years to it

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

We had a crack in our TV and Best Buy replaced it the next day! We had our brand new TV set up and running for thanksgiving football! Thankful for the Best Buy annd geek squads awesome customer service!

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

Geek squad is always the goat of all warranties. They always take care of any issues.

Like I would say before it's good to get warranty on your items it's very important because you don't know what can happen to your items and I want to say thank you Geek Squad for helping me in exchanging my TV for the same price TV

Bought this for extra protection on a tv. haven't used it yet but good to have.

Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong
