The TV was in stock and salesman assisted loading in my truck. This was awesome to say the least.

I'm a big fan of the Geek Squad protection packages. They replaced a 65" LG OLED C6 TV a few years ago due to burn in and the replacement process was hassle free and went very smoothly. On a side note, the standard warranty included with LG OLED TVs does not cover burn in. I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plans on all electronics I buy from Best Buy.

Over the years I have purchased many items from Best Buy. I purchased this plan for most of them. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it on too many of the items, but it was and is a good investment. Once I had a computer that needed replacement and there were occasions when I needed tech support for an item and received the help for free. I consider it a small price to pay for insurance that, like most insurance, comes in handy if you need it.

Had a Sony XBR 65” tv that was starting to act crazy! Geek Squad came out updated and replaced a part in the tv. It worked well for about another 9 month until the picture started to have lines through it or would restart on its own. Geek Squad replaced this unit, very happy that the customer service received.

Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. The Geek Squad unpacked my 65" Oled TV & set it up so fast I couldn't believe it. They explained the actual TV set up to me as they were connecting it to my supplier. The two squad members seemed to enjoy their jobs as well as explain everything to the customer. They even took the empty cardboard box with them. What more can you ask for? They are great.

simple peace of mind, $5,000 on a TV and little peace of mind is warranted!
