Came check tv , seen problem replaced it quick , delevery guys were great they have, id recommend getting the geek squad warrenty well worth the money, these guys are great.

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.
