    Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.

    We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

    Good Warranty at a Great Price

    I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

    I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier

    Listen, I won't buy anything electronic without some assurance I'm going to have an exit strategy for when it goes kaput. Geek Squad by far has the best plan in the industry and has saved me from having to shell out major dollars more times than I can count on one hand. Its always straight-forward. You call, tech comes out and assesses the issue. They fix it or replace it... PERIOD!

    Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

    Best buy was AWESOME! My 85" TV died after 3 years, and Best Buy was GREAT to deal with on the replacement.

    After we finally reached the Geek Squad, things went well. We couldn't reach them by phone, but finally did online. Despite spending a long time in our home trying, they couldn't fix our 65" Samsung TV. We had lost the right side of the picture. When they left, we had no picture at all. We had purchased the 5 year service agreement and lost the picture after 2.5 years. it was replaced with a comparable TV, but we were upset that we had to buy a new service agreement, with no credit left for 2.5 years, & that was $170!

    Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

    If you can afford the 5 year Plan on a TV, I highly recommend it. We had purchased a high end SONY a number of years ago. The screen failed approximately 4.5 years into a 5 year contract. Since Best Buy/Geek Squad could not replace the part needed since it was no longer available, we received full reimbursement for the SONY which basically paid for a new TV.
