Honestly wasn't aware that the service came with the purchase. Have had some questions about situations with the TV. Have not followed up like I should. When I was asked to review Geek Squad so I called them. They were very helpful and offered to send someone to check out the problem. The Phone Geek and I decided we would make sure the problem wasn't with the cable network or box. We are working with Spectrum on the problem.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

So that we always feel comfortable with a purchase from Best Buy, we always use the Geek Squad

Great price for warranty, best and affordable warranty cost

Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.

Excellent picture and size. Works well for Play station also.

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

Always get it. You never know when you might need it.

The agents knew what they were doing which was a pleasant surprise. Installed item for my elderly Mother without and issue.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs
