While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

I have always purchased coverage for my electronics (pricey ones) I have had great experiences with Geek Squad protection. MY son has had to replace his Laptop 2 times because of breakage and both times it was covered they were $1200.00 Laptops. Mine was also replaced $800.00 no charge. The cost of the protection for physical damage isn't cover with the manufacturers guarantee, but it is with Geek Squad.

The geek squad is also so helpful with computer and tv repairs.

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Haven't had to use it. Will use if need to. I know other people who have used it and said that they wre please with them.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I haven't needed a Geek Squad associate to fix my TCL p605, which I bought the extended warranty for. However, I do have the confidence in knowing that if something goes wrong, a Geek Squad member will come by my home to fix my TV, if something does happen to it. And, if it CANNOT be fixed, I'll get a refund or replacement. Plus, I know some people, who have used the warranty and love it.

Having access to support from Geek Squad agents is always a plus!

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.
