good tv , great picture. wonderful size not too big or too small

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. This is why we always buy any electronics we want from BEST BUY.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my TV Set in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires and I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

I have no problem picking up the Geek Squad Protection when I am investing in something significant - like this new 55-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. In today's world, where technology becomes obsolete so quickly - having five years of protection gives me the peace of mind I will be covered in case anything goes wrong during the "life" of my TV. Because in five years, I'll probably be buying a new one anyway.
