Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

Paid for a 5 yr coverage agreement. Was told it would start at the end of the manufacturers warranty effectively providing six years of coverage. Not so. It starts from day one so it really is just a four year warranty. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

This is a review of the geek squad coverage and I have not had a claim to submit. It seems like a good thing to have but nothing to report.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

Picture and audio are both high quality ,and plenty of USB and video input and output. Overall great buy.

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.
