little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

The lady that helped me purchase my TV took her time didn't rush or push me answered all my questions and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

The price was very cheap for the coverage. It was around $20 for two years.

I purchased this protection on my Roku tv in case it should quit working properly like my last tv did when I hadn't even had it 6 months. I had the protection plan on it also so it covered the cost of my new tv.

They been so helpful threw the time i had the membership you can always ask questions they walk you threw it or a quick chat if you on the run

Not needed 2 weeks waited for delivery And wasn't happy with the tv

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.
