Geek squad is always the best with warranties. This is why I only shop at BestBuy for all of my electronics.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

Geek Squad product protection plans are a MUST! It's great having the this plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

It comes in handy its best to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN
