    I've been a loyal Samsung TV person for years. Any time I'm looking for a TV, I'll always get a Samsung. I purchased a TV from Best Buy in 2012 and it finally started to go out. I replaced it with the same size to fit inside my TV stand and this one has a great picture and more features. For under $200, you really can't beat that. Great quality at a great price.

    I bought the warranty on a TV that I purchased 4 years ago. The TV was not repairable, so the warranty offered a replacement for the defective item. I applied the value to the new product and bought another warranty; it's a no-brainer. BUY THE WARRANTY!

    Picked this TV over LG C5. The OLED has too much reflection and not good in room with windows and sunlight. This QM8K is excellent in bright room and blacks are excellent. Have not seen blooming or black shadows being crushed. Highly recommended!

    I haven't had to use it yet for isssues or repair. But just knowing we have the Geek Squad to help us if needed is a relief. It was the reason we used Best Buy to make our purchase. When they installed our tv it was fast and they were very friendly they answered our questions and were very helpful at time of delivery.

    Fortunately, I haven't had to use the Geek Squad very often over the past 20 years. My purchases have been cameras, lenses & gear, appliances and other electronics (phones, TV's, stereo, computers, etc.) But, when needed I have found them (GS) to be prompt, understanding, accommodating & helpful. I prefer having these services local & convenient. I have used B & H, Amazon, etc. but it always involves shipping and no person-to-person contact.

    I had a great experience with Best Buy’s customer service after buying my product. The staff was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They handled everything quickly and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle. Definitely earned my repeat business.

    I have been a Best Buy service plan fan for more than ten years. It’s money worth expended. I have yet to complain about any of my interactions with any of the “Agents.” They have been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt to resolve my issues. I get my money well used with this piece of mind service.

    Good experience with Hisense and Bestbuy Geek Squa

    Hisense 65QD7N is a very nice tv with bright colors. I liked the fact that it had 4 hdmi connections with speeds up to 2.1. It is not too heavy so it is easy to mount it on the wall by yourself. I also bought Geek Squad protection plan to have peace of mind for 5 years. Unfortunatelly the one corner of the tv had a white cloud, which was very disturbing while watching dark scenes, so I contacted Hisense customer service and they decided after sending the repair technician that my TV is a lemon, so they sent me a check for full refund. I did not have to use Geek Squad plan as My tv was still on manufactures warranty period. Bestbuy returned the money for unused protection plan. Great service from Hisense and Bestbuy. Overall good experience as ended up with buying Samsung S90d Oled which is perfect.

    Bestbuys geek squad insurance is great if they cant fix it they give you a new one right there on the spot mot like other places where you pay for ins. Protection and get the run around. I buy all my electrnonics at bestbuy just because i love there no hassle protection

    The technicians were very professional from the get-go. They understood that they couldn’t park in the street because double parking they would’ve got a ticket so they were humble enough to go and park in the back alley which wound up being better. They were very courteous they picked up after themselves. They kept the chitchat to very minimal amongst themselves. They explained everything thoroughly and how the television worked and what to expect.

    I love this huge TV! The picture is excellent! The full-array local dimming on this TV outperforms my cheaper direct-lit 4K TV. Trust me, it makes a huge difference! Especially on newer movies with Dolby Vision, it is amazing! The pictures don't do this TV justice. Heck, even the demo in store doesn't do this TV justice! I did go over budget purchasing this TV, but even my wife is very happy with it. I think it's money well spent for the size and picture quality. Hope this helps

    Overall great tv. Great picture, functionality, apps. The ONLY complaint I have is that the tv will start messing up communication from the remote and move erratically, leading to being unable to get to the setting to reset tv, forcing you to unplug the tv to reset it. Which is pretty annoying but other than that we absolutely love the tv!

    I wouldn't ever want to be without the Geek Squad. They make it so easy to take care of any issues. You invest a lot of money so add a little more protection on your hard earned money.

    Runs at 1440p on Series S

    Bought this to use on my Series S, manual settings on the console will allow this TV to run at 1440p and 60Hz, even though TV is listed as 1080p. No HDR and only 60Hz, CEC is nice but the 1440p was a surprise. Speakers are downward facing and if something is under the TV it will sound acceptable, when playing music the loudest I have gone is 15 and while gaming I usually keep it at 10 or 7, it goes to 100. With a wall mount attached the TV screen sits out 5" from the wall, bezel is about as wide as a BIC lighter (thinnest point of lighter). No smart functions, no ethernet or wifi, but you can update the firmware with a USB stick and menu settings if need be in the future.

    I love that u can buy expensive things and add a 2 year warranty for guaranteed protection for while! Buying new and expensive things is hard but having a warranty eases a lot of that tension

    I could go both ways with geek squad. I have taken in laptops with starting/power issues. Because they happen to start once while the unit is there its fine. Not always. I have had a tech come to my house to repair a tv. The TV didn't work when they came, and worked when they left. But, certain features were never the same or non existant. The tech pulled my control board, looked at it and then the replacement. Apparently the numbers didn't match because he held it in position and had to check that all the connections were the same. The TV just wasn't the same afterwards. Slower, and the picture quality was not the same. I really believe that the replacement board was for a lesser model of the same TV. As far as the warranty that I always purchase on big electronics, I couldn't be happier except when sub standard parts are used. They did end up replacing that tv though. The screen finally went bad and hisense doesn't offer replacement screens. Or didnt at that time.
