When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

wow i was surprise how fast they came and check my tv within weeks they had the parts set up an appointment an came to repair it i told all my friends about it an got it for a peace of mind when u buy electronics so for now on guys dont forget to ad geek squad
