    Geek Squad provides reliable and professional tech support, making them a great choice for anyone who needs help with electronics setup, troubleshooting, or repairs. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, and they take the time to explain issues and solutions clearly. In my experience, the setup and installation services were seamless. For example, the TCL TV setup was quick and efficient, and the technician ensured everything was working perfectly, including the Smart Fire TV features. Similarly, the PS5 Slim setup was handled with care, and the technician even walked me through some of the console’s features. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service can be a bit pricey, especially for minor issues that might be resolved with a little more time and research. Additionally, scheduling availability can sometimes be limited, depending on your location. Overall, Geek Squad is a trustworthy service for those who want peace of mind and professional assistance with their tech needs. I’d recommend them to anyone who isn’t tech-savvy or simply doesn’t have the time to handle setup and repairs themselves.

    Purchasing the 2-Year Protection Plan for my new TV was one of the smartest decisions I made. The plan offers solid peace of mind by covering unexpected damages that the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t, such as accidental drops, spills, or power surges. The registration process was quick and simple, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive when I had questions. While I haven’t had to file a claim yet (thankfully), knowing that I’m covered for repairs or even a replacement if something goes wrong makes me feel much more secure about my investment. The cost of the plan was reasonable compared to the price of the TV, and considering how expensive repairs can be, it feels like a worthwhile safety net. I also like that there are no hidden fees or deductibles if I ever need to use it. Overall, I highly recommend adding the 2-Year Protection Plan to any major electronics purchase — it’s a small price to pay for major peace of mind.

    There’s a better way to work with geek squad

    So I was in a crunch with a rental lease I needed printed but it would not print. After days of trying everything I could think of, I went in to see what I wasn’t doing correctly. That’s all I needed. I had the least on a thumb drive but it still wouldn’t work. That’s how simple it should have been but unfortunately, this day was the first day they made a policy to ONLY WORK WITH APPOINTMENTS. So you have 6 geeks having a great time behind the counter asking people as they walked up “do you have an appointment?” And like me, “no I just need to ask you why this isn’t working”. “Sorry, you have to have an appointment And you’ll have to go to the front counter and they will make you an appointment” I witnessed six people having a great time turning customers away.

    As always best buy prices on their TV with a great service plan is the best I've seen out of all the other electronic stores. Product plan with geek squad is like true family

    This was an easy add on for me. I do not have to worry about the lifespan of the TV and will be supported if anything were to occur. I am not tech savvy so appreciate the protection.

    Just bought a LG TV in purchases this plan January 2025, hope I never have to use it, you can rest better that our TV is covered for the next 5 years.

    I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty for all electronic devices. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. It's a win for the price. Buy the warranty when you shop at Best Buy!

    Its a protection plan for your TV. Recently had to put it to use when mine randomly died. Told them what happened, they printed a receipt and I went and grabbed a new one completely painless!

    The Geek Squad protection is a must, especially if you buy a lot of technology like I do. It’s a small investment versus replacing a washer, large appliance or expensive item from Best Buy. The Geek Squad was super helpful when I needed someone to help me install my 65-inch TV. It’s a smart investment.

    I love the extra feeling of protection with the geek squad plan. I don’t like that. You really don’t get a replacement TV, only your money back basically if you have a problem with the TV and it was an open box.

    I purchased the five-year standard Geek Squad protection when I bought my new TV because I like the feeling that if anything goes wrong with my TV in that period of time, I'll have the sense that the Geek Squad will fix any problems they may incur during that period of time

    Always get the 5 year warranty. Always. Its worth it just in case you're tv takes a dive also the warranty covers remotes that stop working

    This process has always been so easy. And the best part, each time I shop here, I ALWAYS find a deal. Weather It’s a 10$ or 100$ savings, it always helps! Just bought a new tv I would’ve payed 449$ elsewhere! I got it WITH geek squad for 299$!
