I have always had good luck with my warranties for the Geek Squad. I buy all of my electronic and applied from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad!

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

My Granddaughter is so proud of this Vivo tv I most Definity will buy again good quality and picture.

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

It’s a must have when purchasing a great TV, you will have peace of mind.

Geek Squad protection came in clutch in the final hour for our old TV. It couldn't be repaired so we were able to bring it back to BestBuy for a different one.

The agent replaced a network card preventing my TV from connecting to the internet. Amazing job

I feel confident knowing that I will always have a nice tv to watch. I've had replacement with them before. Simple and quick replacement. I even needed a remote and they dropped it off at my home.

Honestly, they was on point. I had an appointment. They worked on my phone soon as I arrived. I had 2 issues this year with different phones.

Everything i buy gets a Geek Squad protection plan. I bought the plan with my 32 inch tv. For the small amount of money I feel I am covered. I have used their coverage before on TVs....these digital tvs are not built like the televisions of yesteryear. I have used them several times on other items and have never been disappointed.

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we purchased it so we have confidence if we had any issues in the future. Always good to have the geek squad available when you need them.

The price was very cheap for the coverage. It was around $20 for two years.
