The techs were great in installing all of our purchases and in explaining how they worked. We have them for 5 years so check later and we will let you know over the long haul. I can’t imagine anything but excellent service based on what we have seen so far.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! My last tv only a 1 year warranty when it broke so that didn’t help. Made sure to get the longer warranty with this new tv.

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

They only delivered the TV, but they were very respectful and efficient. I am still looking for the Insurance I purchased with the TV.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind just in case something happens to my television set after the manufacturer warranty expires. The nice thing about Best Buy protection plans is that Best Buy will come to your house to fix.
